  2. When you send us inquiry, we send you bank a tracking URL that help you view and compare offers from different suppliers

You shold contact with us and tell us which product categories you are interested in. We could send new offers/inquiries to you by email or fax.

All information we input in this website is verified by our own employees. However, international trading conditions and price are changing so fast so it is impossible to guarantee 100% that everything is up-to-date.

One of the main reasons that we have to input everything by ourselves is to ensure validity and accuracy maintained at a highest level.

You cannot post inquiries/offers directly to our website. You can only email us your inquiries/offers; then we will post them to our website after checking all information to make sure they are accurate.

However, not all offers are posted on our website for public access because we will select the best offers to post. It is meaningless if we post several identical offers with different prices.

If you do not wish this website to post your offers/inquiries for public access, you should note this requirement in the email you send us.

Mill name, buyer's name, seller's name are considered as sensitive information. we only provide buyer/seller name when signing contract. Mill name can be provided by our sales people by contacting directly with them.

This function allow us to inform you the status of your offer/inquiry.

• If you are supplier: You could see your own offer. In addition, you can see offers from other suppliers and feedback from customer (if any). You could send us your new offer anytime and we will input it as a new offer.
• If you are customer: You could see your own inquiry. In addition, you can see all offers available for inquiry. From these offers, you could select the best one by yourself or we can help take out the best one for you.

We input all of your offers and inquiries in our system; and each inquiry/offer will have a reference number and tracking key. With these two numbers, you can track its status from our website.

No. We control the visibility of a offer/inquiry by setting its status published or not published.

• Published: Everyone can see
• Not Published: Only person who knows the tracking key and reference number can see

We will select some good offers to make it "published" so every one can see it. However, web visitors won't know the supplier/customer name or mill name.

To track your inquiry/offer status, you must know the "reference number" and the "tracking key". If you provide the wrong keys for 05 times, tracking function will prevent you from accessing it for 30 minutes because of security reason.

The simplest way to track your offer/inquiry is to use web URL provided by us in the email we reply to you.
