How We Work

Thien Kim has two main operations:

1) Import to Vietnam & distribute locally

For some products such as stainless steel, we import to Vietnam and distribute it to local mills, workshops or retail shops.

2) Trading gateway between Vietnam & the World

As a trading gateway, we work a international sourcing agent for Vietnam companies; In addition, we can sell products from Vietnam mills to the world.
How We Work

This is our standard workflow:
  1. Get inquiry from customer(s)
  2. Send this inquiry to potential suppliers
  3. Get offers from suppliers
  4. Inform customer(s) about these offers and help them choose the best quote; Get feedback from customers (if any).
  5. Inform suppliers about customer feedback.
