ContactINCREASING IMPORT TAX OF ALLOY STEEL
Import tax of alloy steel which forming bar and rod (HS: 72.27 and 72.28) were increased 10% (from 0% to 10%). Its purpose is preventing from importing alloy steel instead of constructive steel to be avoided high tax.
According to the circular No. 75/2009/TT-BTC which is promulgated on 13 Apr 2009 by the Ministry finance, import tax of alloy steel which forming bar and rod (HS: 72.27 and 72.28) were increased 10% (from 0% to 10%). Its purpose is preventing from importing alloy steel instead of constructive steel to be avoided high tax.
It will be applied with respect to importing customs declaration from 20 Apr 2009.
